Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, invoice & free gifts (if any) must be included.
- Product must not show signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images or unboxing video as proof.
- Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with pickup or return instructions.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped cancellation is not possible.
